The Rise of Southern Cheese by Joe York and Matthew Graves,
was featured at the 2008 NYC Food Film Festival, June 14th - 20th. The film
is a look at artisinal cheese producers in the South. It chronicles three makers
of fine Southern cheeses: Belle Chèvre, Elkmont, Alabama, Sweetgrass Dairy, Thomasville, Georgia,
and Bonnie Blue Farm, Waynesboro, Tennessee.
