The Rise of Southern Cheese, featured at the 2008 NYC Food Film Festival
The Rise of Southern Cheese by Joe York
and Matthew Graves, was featured at the 2008 NYC Food Film Festival,
June 14th - 20th. The film is a look at artisinal cheese producers in
the South. It chronicles three makers of fine Southern cheeses: Belle
Chevre in Alabama, Sweet Grass Dairy in Georgia, and Bonnie Blue Farm
in Tennessee.
