Returns & Exchanges

At Belle Chevre your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know it's sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. Return merchandise for any reason within 30 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we'll either exchange it for another item or give you your money back.

We make it easy. Please follow these instructions to return or exchange any item(s) purchased from our store.

  1. Complete the returns/exchanges section on your order's packing slip, or click here to download and print our Returns and Exchange Form* (.pdf, 21kb). Please include your order number. Your order number is available on the electronic confirmation that you received. The order number will help us credit the proper account. If you cannot locate your order number, then please contact Customer Service.
  2. Secure your merchandise in the original packaging, if available, and enclose the completed Returns and Exchange Form* (.pdf, 21kb).
  3. Return the item by using either the USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You are responsible for postage costs to ship the item(s) back to us. If you are returning an item, you should receive credit on your account within one week from the date we receive your return. It is our policy to refund the cost of merchandise only, shipping charges are not refundable.
